We discussed the quote and arrangements were made for a suitable time that same week. Received an automated reminder of the appointment. He arrived promptly and carried out a thorough inspection before commencing any works - explaining everything in detail, even asking if I had any objection to anything he was going to do. Brendan was extremely professional and knowledgeable (explained everything in detail), so I had absolutely no concerns. Too say the least I was very impressed all-round, and would highly recommend his services to anyone as he put my mind at ease that my health, house and pets were in safe hands.
